몇년에 한번 있을까 말까 한 일이긴 한데요, 고객 분 중에 그런 현상이 발생해서 수정했습니다.
phpmyadmin 에 접속하거나, heidisql.com 툴을 다운로드합니다.
ip address, user id, password, port 를 잘 확인해서 '열기' 합니다.
rx_menu_item 테이블을 선택한 후 '데이터' 탭을 클릭합니다.
parent_srl을 0 으로, 그리고 listorder는 menu_item_srl의 음수값으로 변경해주세요.
그리고 꼭 마지막으로 편집 후 '적용(ctrl+enter)'을 클릭해주세요.
이제 RXE 관리자 화면으로 이동해주세요. 캐시 재적용 후 사이트맵을 열면 사라졌던 메뉴가 나타납니다.
ps. 누가 사이트맵 모듈 좀 새로 같이 만듭시다..
