add or Remove Caret 이라고 검색해보시면 단축키를 추가 변경 가능합니다.
서브라임에서는.. alt+shfit+방향키
에디트플러스는 alt+C (자동줄바꿈모드에서는 동작안함)
그럼 이 동작들을 PHP스톰에서도 가능하도록 만들어보겠습니다.

Select Line at Caret 에 단축키를 alt+C로 지정하면 똑같이 사용할 수 있습니다.
기존 alt+C는 Scratch List 라고

그리고 shift를 이용해서 단어 선택해서 키보드로도 멀티셀렉트가 가능합니다.

댓글작성칸으로여러줄 선택하기는 기본 단축키에 지정되어있진 않지만 phpstorm에서 설치할 때마다 꼭 사용하는 단축키입니다. ㅎㅎ
